Sewing Space

I just thought that I’d post my sewing space. I just got a table to over two dressers that form a circle. My ironing board gets used on the other side of the table, but I also have a table top iron that I can set up close to my sewing machine. I am so lucky to have MY own personal space. On top of this sewing space, the other half of this room is dedicated to my desk (for school & writing & interneting )….plus there is a wall that has my crafting supplies (altered book stuff…glue, glitz and such).

Thrift shop find…now a WIP…

This is a dream find of mine….quilt blocks! 24 blocks! I put them up on my design wall, but I’m not sure what I will do with them yet. Any ideas…if anyone reads this blog?

That’s a hoodie that I have to finish up…sometime…I have to fix the zipper….yes…WIP…

I have just gotten high speed internet so I’m able to upload my pictures.

This next one is a quilt top I made this spring at an all-day workshope called “Surprise Saturday.” I’m not sure how I will quilt it, but the backing is the light green material…already bought and waiting to be sandwiched.

FINALLY! I’M BACK :)

I’m back! I have been rather busy and have neglected my site. I’ve still been busy being crafty so I’ll start with pictures of my WIPs.

This one is a quilt for my MIL, she loves crosswords and I took all the names in the immediate family and made a crossword puzzle. I am going to incorporate pictures of everyone.

By the way, this is my design wall….a long pole hanging from a shelf above a closet.
